Performance Assessment and Benchmarking

Tometimes called assessments or needs analysis, assessing the performance of support services is a reasonable and prudent practice of high performing organizations.  Call them what you want, far too often organizations fail to assess their performance and rarely compare themselves to known performance benchmarks.

Our assessments include the review of financial data, operating practices, procedures and outcomes.  Assessment findings and recommendations address the financial and operational improvement opportunities for your current service delivery model and, at the request of the client, can include comparisons to alternative service models.
